The purchased bottle must have instructions that indicate the appropriate amount of drops to use to alkalinize specific amounts of water.

Can I consume a lot of alkalized water?
There is a chance that we may accidentally over-alkalize our system, creating unpleasant side effects as our body’s pH becomes unbalanced. Side effects included hypertension, anxiety, bladder, and urinary tract infections. However, there is not enough empirical evidence to make an official statement.
