As we become older age, our bodies will slow down in observing vitamin B12; It is responsible for helping to make the red blood cells in DNA. To keep our muscles strong, they need oxygen, the red blood cells that deploy the oxygen into the muscles rely on the vitamin B12. Because of the low values in the vitamin muscles will become week.

3. Eye Issues will occur due to a deficiency in Vitamin B12:

In several cases, the defect in this vitamin can damage the optic nerve. Besides that, it also plugs up the blood vessels directly in the retina.
